There can be no better way to enjoy the delicate flavour and texture of Salmon by simply cooking one of our conveniently prepared ready to eat salmon portions or Salmon Bacon.
Salmon can be prepared in a number of ways: it can be grilled, baked, micro waved, steamed, fried, stir-fried, poached, broiled, sautéed or our favourite way on the Bar B Que.
Our Salmon portions are hand cut, descaled and ready for cooking; they are with or without the skin and all are boneless.
We produce a range of added value portions where we crust the top with a range of seasonings and crumbs; these are also be supplied with portion controlled dressings to compliment and add value to the portion ..
Portions sizes range from 100 gm. to 227 gm. and all are packed on a state of the art Darfresh Skin Wrapping Machine for stunning shelf presentation.
